In the event that the maximum number of participants is reached, and the registration limit is met, those who register afterward will automatically be placed on a waiting list.
This waiting list serves as an additional opportunity to participate in the event if spots become available later on. We assure you that we will make every effort to keep you informed and will notify participants on the waiting list accordingly if there are any changes in seat availability.

- The participation fee is 310 euros.
- Participation is limited to 70 participants from the same country, with a maximum of 5 participants from the same Local Action Group, and a maximum of 3 participants from the same GAL for 1 study tour. (When the limits are reached, you will be placed on waiting lists.)

Participation will be confirmed only upon payment of the participation fee and accommodation.
The payment can be made within a maximum of 30 days from the moment you have received the invoice. In case of non-payment, your spot is not guaranteed, and it will be given to individuals on the waiting list. - Deadline for obtaining a refund: 1st of March 2024
- After this date, both fees are non-refundable!
- We've had an incredible response on the first day, and all single rooms at Grand Hotel Napoca are already booked .
- When registering, please ensure all your information is completed accurately. We'll be sending a confirmation email once your registration is complete. Make sure to check your spam folder for the email and verify that all details are correct.

- ‼ Due to an increased demand, we have surpassed a 50% occupancy rate, and unfortunately, single rooms are no longer available at either Premier Hotel or Grand Hotel Napoca. Moving forward, we can only accommodate reservations for double occupancy rooms or triple rooms. It is mandatory for both individuals sharing the room to be registered, and specific details on the room-sharing arrangement must be provided. ‼ If a room is reserved for a single occupant, the rate will be adjusted to 160 euros per night for double room or 210 euros for triple room. We kindly ask that individuals who choose to share a room specify their roommate at the time of reservation. ‼ We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter. Our team is committed to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. - We wanted to inform you that we have reached the maximum capacity of 70 participants from Estonia. Due to this, regular registrations are now closed for them, and we can only accept participants on the waiting list. If you are still interested in joining the event, please proceed to register on the waiting list. In case any spots become available, we will notify individuals on the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis.
About tansportation
- For those coming by plane, you should check the connections to Cluj Napoca on Skyscanner or Vola, and then purchase the plane ticket from the airline's website of your choice.
- For those coming by train, you should check on specialized websites, such as Omnio, for available trains.
